Hello Evey One my name is Robi, As some of you, I was reading the bloomberg magazine edition of January, it was feautring an article about the banks and the global financials crises, I noted also a special part about Barclays bank and their strategy of extension in Europe and globaly on the retail banking. I was watching close the Barclays stock price after the Arabs made their investments on this bank hoping another Citi but founding another AMD. Well, I encourged myself to to visit the bank after I made a visit on their webiste to open an Essential account with cost of Zero. I called their support and after 5 calls I found a person to speack with. I tought myself that I am visiting an UK business respected style, or the gentlman Uk investor style business HOme, as all of us know that Barclays is a Jewish old style financial institution. They dont want you and they telling you this in an incredible low cost way without any sence of refined people and directly in ugly way. WhenI entered the door, I entered 4 times coz the door has an auto machine about iron materials and there was no persons to help, ok they looked at me without providing help coz I was not holding iron materials. Then a gurl received me with no welcome just asked me what you want, I told her I want to open an usual account, she told ok, I stayed 20 minutes and look at the point 20 minutes!!! then another person enetered and then came to me the director of the branch and told me there is no time for you came another day we will close at 4 pm it around 15 minutes to close. He told me face to face go out! There was staff working for 2 people.... Why you received me and then you told me go out in an ugly way? what I have done to you!! the branch is located near Piazza loreto in Milano in Via Brianza a small branch with a low cost director which have no education about respecting people or understanding another people needs. What I can tell you that there is about a huge number if banks in Italy, and Sorry who you are you to make this to me? what I need from you? with what you can serve me? I am an educated person came from a good and well known and wealthly family I am not an Italian worker, simply I have an interest from your bank. The subject is like a gurl which want you for your religeon, not for your self, at all the time all the gurls want you for your self coz you are special. I was dispointed by the way that english businessman make deals with other, I am sorry for this. Thank you all and sorry for your time also thank you for the nice webiste
