Been a customer of Chase for 10 years. I was late one time a year ago on charge card and they jacked my rate to 29%. I have two other cards and was late on them the same time due to family issue and one went up 5% and the other stayed my current 12.9%. I guess I pay Chase twice, my tax money for bailout and my intrest rates.
